Trick or Treat
10.26.05 (3:29 am)   [edit]

It was Halloween night. A young sixteen year old girl with long dark brown hair, was waiting around her house for some dressed up tricker treaters. After an hour and a half exactly, passed she got bored with sitting by the door. She decided she would watch  television. She picked up the remote control and flicked on the t.v. ON was Freddy Vs. Jason. Every frighting sight the young girl jumped or hid her eyes. After Naomi was therty five minutes into the horror flick the door bell rang.

N aomi went to  answer the door with her bowl of candy. To her surprisement there was no child at the door. She figured that it was one of the pranks the kids do on Halloween. She gentely closed the door and with the last click of the door she sat back down. As she returned to her movie the phone rang, bring, bring, bring. At the third ring she picked it up. All she heard was deep breathing. She replied, "Ok, that's enogh this has gone on to far! As she was going to hang up a voice started to speak."How are you Naomi? I would be very careful if I were you. YOU are next." He smiled and said half laughing on the other line. Naomi scared for her life threw down the phone and locked all the doors and windows. Then she sat back down and flicked off her movie. She sat there scared and shaking awating the arrival of her parents. All the sudden there were knocks on the door and the phone was ringing at the same time. Bring, bring, knock, knock, bring. With tears rolling down her face like rain she screams stop please stop! At that very moment everything was silent. And then there was one more knock at the door. She slowly walks over to it and answers. Throughout the neighborhood you could here a bloody grooling scream.

& nbsp; After that night the young beautiful long dark brown haired girl was never seen or heard of again. What happened to her? No one knows. But since the girls dissaperance the family has moved and no one has gone trick or treating in that neighborhood since.

Quantum
10.24.05 (3:43 am)   [edit]

If you have ever thought or even took a look at quantum physics you would know that we use only a small portion of our brains. Also, you would find that our brains do not know the difference between an experience we are having and our memory of it. As I looked into this subject I asked my self wich is more important? Our experience of the event or the recolation of it? My answer is the memories of the experience I am rememboring. Many people ask why. I tell them it is because once a event happens it is over. If you enjoyed that event than you would have remembrance of that certain event. If we had no recolection of what happened we could not remember how much fun we had or if we hated it. We would not know if we would want to enjoy an experience like or similar to it. So yes I do find the memory of what happened to be more important than what actually happened. Even though there are set backs to just the memory I find there to be more advantages than disadvantages.

skiers
10.17.05 (3:16 am)   [edit]

& nbsp;  Thursday October 13 two thousand and five, there were two cross country skiers skiing in the mountains. They were best known in the state. One day thay decided to go farther up then they ever had before. After skiing for about an hour on top of the fourteen thousand elevation Rocky mountain the couple decided to take a break and find a cafe to have lunch in, and take a quick look at the little town.

& nbsp;  Joseph and Sarah found no cafe after for an hour and fourty five minutes. Sarah thought she was going to die if she didn't eat soon. Unfortunatley for these two they would be the ones being eaten. As they were hiing into aspen trees they came across a small log cabin. It looked peaceful and cozy. This cabin was out far far away from the world. What we would call out in the middle of no where. Whoever lived here sure does like their privosy. Joseph decided they should keep moving. Sarah had a different idea. She decided they should stay and ask for food since the car is in the driveway and it appears that the front door is open.

& nbsp;  As they aproach the front door they smell something scrumtious. On the table sits a turkey dinner with mashed potatoes, green beans, and buttered roles. The to of them knock and ask if anyone is home. No one answers. Sarah blinded from reality with hunger she walks into the cabin not listening to Joe. " Don't go in there, the foods not for us." By this time Sarah is already chomping down and talks Joe into eating with her. Just as they are finished a family of four walks in ready to fill their stomachs. They are apolled at what they see before them and shout at the two.

& nbsp;   After that day No one ever heard or seen JOseph and sarah Bennings again. Some say they are the families' personal slaves. But most say they were eaten in place of the families dinner. Eather way they have not yet been found and most say they never will be.
